If the fat content seems too low for extremely dry skin, simply mix in white petroleum jelly (Vaselinum album). Take an appropriate container, add 10%-30% white petroleum jelly to the container, and add 70%-90% NCR®-NutrientCream. Stir the mixture for about 1 minute. The enriched NCR®-NutrientCream can now be applied to the skin.

Apply a thin ZCR®-ZincCream film to the irritated, sensitive areas. Apply NCR®-NutrientCream on top. If NCR®-NutrientCream seems not fatty enough (in extreme dryness), mix it with Vaselinum album (see Point I). Apply NCR®-NutrientCream thickly (about 1mm) to the skin and cover with a cotton tube bandage, such as tg-Lohmann. For hands, we recommend wearing cotton gloves. Frequency: Change once or twice daily (as needed). In case of severe skin irritation, first use a bath with Tannosynt (tannin) when changing the bandage, water temperature about 35°-37°C - about 5 minutes. For typically dry to very dry skin, bathe or shower with a high-quality oil/shower bath that not only moisturizes but also cleans well (slightly creamy), such as dline®-ELB®-ExtraLipidBath (especially highly moisturizing) or dline®-NOB®-NutrientOilBath (additional soothing).

Mix NCR®-NutrientCream with ZCR®-ZincCream at a ratio of 10:1, apply about 1mm thick, and cover with a bandage (at least at night). Frequency: Change once or twice daily (as needed). After subsequent skincare (see above), apply a two-layer cotton tube bandage.

Ideally, treat the skin with an aqueous polihexanide solution such as Lavasept or Prontosan W-solution (wet). Let the skin dry (wait about 1-2 minutes). Then massage in the appropriate care product from dline® skincare. Repeat as often as necessary (as needed). There is no limitation on the frequency and duration of use. Can be used in children as well as adults.

Ideally, treat the skin with an aqueous polihexanide solution such as Lavasept or Prontosan W-solution (wet). Let the skin dry. Possibly apply a wet compress for 10-15 minutes. Then dry the skin. Afterward, apply dline®-ZCR®-ZincCream to the affected skin areas and place gauze compresses or non-woven compresses over them. Repeat this process as often as necessary. No time limitation.

The products can be massaged into still-moist skin (after bathing, after showering) or slightly moistened skin. The dline® products instantly bond with the moisture on the skin, spread very well, and provide a very pleasant cooling effect. About 50%-65% less care substances are needed compared to applying to dry skin. In this context, it is very suitable after sunbathing or after sports. Absorbs excellently into the epidermis (stratum corneum) after 5-10 minutes.

During the day, covering (visible whitish protective film) with dline®-ZCR®-ZincCream is recommended. At night, applying dline® HydroLotion to the affected areas, possibly mixed with one of the two dline® ZCR®-ZincCreams (10:1 = 10 parts dline®-HL®-HydroLotion: 1 part dline®-ZCR®-ZincCream).

Depending on the skin condition, dline®-BL®-BasicLotion (see Tip VII) or dline®-HL®-HydroLotion is recommended. For very strong skin redness: dline®-FreshTonicGel and dline®-BL®-BasicLotion or dline®-HL®-HydroLotion. Repeat as often as necessary.

As long as the skin is still without maceration, dline® NCR®-NutrientCream proves to be excellent skincare and protection in combination with diaper pads or diaper pants.

Both dline®-BL®-BasicLotion and dline®-HL®-HydroLotion can be used as daily, high-quality skincare measures, without time limitations. The high-quality ingredients help the stratum corneum retain more moisture, relax the skin, and noticeably improve well-being. Clothes can be put on without problems 5-10 minutes after applying.
