Personal data (hereinafter referred to as "data") is only processed by us to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its content and the services offered there.

II. Rights of Users and Data Subjects
In relation to the data processing described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right
- to confirmation of whether data concerning them is being processed, to information about the processed data, further information about the data processing, and copies of the data (see also Article 15 GDPR);
- to correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (see also Article 16 GDPR);
- to the immediate deletion of data concerning them (see also Article 17 GDPR) or, alternatively, if further processing is required according to Article 17(3) GDPR, to restriction of processing in accordance with Article 18 GDPR;
- to receive the data concerning them and provided by them, and to transmit this data to other providers/controllers (see also Article 20 GDPR);
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they believe that the data concerning them is being processed by the provider in violation of data protection regulations (see also Article 77 GDPR).
Furthermore, the provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data has been disclosed by the provider about any correction or deletion of data or the restriction of processing carried out in accordance with Articles 16, 17(1), 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not exist if such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Regardless, the user has the right to be informed about these recipients.
Users and data subjects also have the right, according to Article 21 GDPR, to object to future processing of data concerning them if the data is processed by the provider in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. In particular, objection to data processing for the purpose of direct marketing is permissible.
III. Information on Data Processing
Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply, there are no legal retention obligations contradicting the deletion of data, and no different information regarding individual processing procedures is provided subsequently.
Contact Inquiries / Contact Options
If you contact us via the contact form or email, the data you provide will be used to process your inquiry. Providing this information is necessary for the processing and response to your inquiry – without it, we may not be able to answer your request or do so only to a limited extent.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been conclusively answered, and there are no legal retention obligations preventing deletion, such as those in the case of subsequent contract processing.
Customer Account / Registration Function
If you create a customer account with us through our website, we will collect and store the data you enter during registration (such as your name, address, or email address) exclusively for pre-contractual services, contract fulfillment, or for customer care purposes (for example, to provide you with an overview of your previous orders or to offer you the so-called "watchlist" function). At the same time, we also store your IP address and the date and time of your registration. The data will not be disclosed to third parties.
As part of the registration process, your consent for this processing will be obtained, and reference will be made to this privacy policy. The data collected by us during this process will be used exclusively for providing the customer account.
If you consent to this processing, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR is the legal basis for the processing.
If the opening of the customer account also serves pre-contractual measures or contract fulfillment, the legal basis for this processing is also Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
You can revoke the consent granted to us for the opening and maintenance of the customer account at any time with effect for the future, in accordance with Art. 7(3) GDPR. To do this, you simply need to inform us of your revocation.
The data collected for this purpose will be deleted as soon as the processing is no longer required. However, we must comply with tax and commercial retention periods.
Server Data
For technical reasons, particularly to ensure a secure and stable website, data is transmitted to us or our web hosting provider by your internet browser. These so-called server log files include, among other things, the type and version of your internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you switched to our website (referrer URL), the website(s) of our website that you visit, the date and time of each access, and the IP address of the internet connection from which our website is used.
These data collected are temporarily stored, but not together with other data related to you.
This storage is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality, and security of our website.
The data is deleted at the latest after seven days, provided that no further retention is necessary for evidentiary purposes. Otherwise, the data is exempt from deletion in whole or in part until the final clarification of an incident.

To display videos on our website, we use "Vimeo," a service provided by Vimeo, LLC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA, hereinafter referred to as "Vimeo."

When you visit a page on our website that contains an embedded video, a connection to Vimeo's servers in the USA is established to display the video. For technical reasons, Vimeo needs to process your IP address. Additionally, the date and time of your visit to our website are also recorded.

We use YouTube in connection with the "Enhanced Privacy Mode" feature to display videos. If you provide consent for this processing, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The legal basis can also be Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the quality of our website.
